When designing interior joinery for the healthcare sector, we first assess the needs of staff, patients, residents, and visitors. Everyone values safety, accessibility, ease of use, aesthetics, and durability. These desires form the foundation of our design, along with the relevant production standards.
At Eribel however, we like to take it a step further. We further optimize our concepts by tailoring them to your specific requirements. This allows us to create a wide range of high-performance, certified interior joinery.
Eribel stands out for their in-depth knowledge, constructive collaboration, and tailor-made innovation for the client. They have translated the design requirements regarding acoustics, fire safety, break-in resistance, and access control into executable doors, while also adhering to the project timeline.

In hospitals, for example, we specialize in doors with exceptional dimensions, which improves evacuation capacity. With our fire doors, we ensure safe compartmentalization of stairwells and lift shafts. For environments where radiation is present, we offer radiation-resistant windows and doors.
Additionally, our product range includes unique lightweight sliding doors, designed to make the day easier for both nurses and patients.

In psychiatric facilities, staff have a greater need for safety, especially in specialized departments. At the same time, we prioritize the living comfort of the patient. Eribel offers a high level of resistance to both entry and escape, while ensuring that the doors retain a residential and non-provocative appearance. With features such as observation windows, pass-through hatches, and anti-suicide hardware, the facility can avoid the need for patient restraints.

In nursing homes, we build further upon the previously mentioned needs and functionalities. We can add touches such as wood finishes, giving the environment an immediately homely feel. In addition, we ensure that everything is easily accessible for both residents and staff with user-friendly doors. These are equipped with ergonomic features such as wide door panels, recessed handles, and free-running hinges.
For dementia departments, we offer electronic access control and additional floor locks. Finally, our unique two-part observation door is a favorite in nursing homes, as the upper half can open separately.
Eribel always tailors the interior joinery to suit the specific needs of your project. We can combine various performance features such as fire resistance, smoke resistance, burglary resistance and radiation protection.
All Eribel doors can be equipped with PU edge strips, PU glazing beads, bump boards, and powder-coated metal frames. These concepts are robust and impact-resistant. They are also hygienic and feature a clean, modern look.
Our innovative solutions for healthcare come from research, experience, and input from dozens of clients in the sector. We look forward to easing your concerns.
