The metal frame of Eribel consists of just three elements that are clicked together on-site: two side rails and one top rail. The entire assembly is screwed and glued against a pre-installed inner frame made of plywood (the pre-frame). This concept ensures a robust, solid connection with the wall.

The biggest advantage of a metal door frame is its dry installation process, allowing the frame to be installed during the finishing phase. No concrete needs to be poured, reducing the risk of damage to the door components. The installation is fast and precise.

The pre-frame is attached to the wall and extends the wall so that the door hangs from the wall rather than from the frame itself. Since the pre-frame is installed before the frame, adjustments can be made during production if necessary.

This system is a total concept that applies to various types of Eribel doors, ensuring they all have the same look and feel.
