Rijkevorsel, May 5, 2025— Eribel, a specialist in technical joinery and part of the Haerens Group, proudly announces the acquisition of the Lunax door technology from Vetrotech, a subsidiary of the Saint-Gobain Group. With this strategic move, Lunax's expertise is now integrated within Eribel, expanding its offering in premium fire-resistant joinery.

On 23 September 2024, English manufacturer OWS Fire Rated joined the Belgian Haerens Group. With the acquisition of the UK leader in high-security glazed joinery, Haerens Group and Eribel are strengthening their position to become the benchmark in the UK market for integrity only and fire-rated, glazed doors, fixed screens, frames and curtain walls. 

On 24 March 2022, the French manufacturer VD-Industry and its subsidiary Pyrométal joined the Belgian Haerens Group.
